special remarks: Our facility places great importance on harmony with the local community. Since the neighbors cooperate in the maintenance and cleaning of the building, we are committed to operating in a manner that respects the living environment of the surrounding residents. Therefore, we ask that you refrain from using our facilities for loud banquets, parties, and other activities that may cause trouble in the neighborhood. If it becomes difficult to maintain good relations with the neighborhood, we regret to inform you that we may have to discontinue providing the facility.

Observance of House Rules: Please follow the house rules of our facility. This is a residential facility, different from a typical hotel, so please treat it with the same care as you would your own home.
About the under loft area: The two rooms in the under loft area are like a secret base with a ceiling height of 140cm. Adults will have to bend over to move around, but children will enjoy this special hideaway.
Check-out request: Upon check-out, we ask for simple cleaning (washing used dishes, separating and disposing of trash, restoring amenities to their original state, etc.). If excessive stains or strong odors remain, an additional fee may be charged as a special cleaning fee.
Operation: Our office is located near the facility and is regularly patrolled by our staff, but we have basically adopted an unmanned operation system. Check-in is safe and convenient with a self check-in system.
